01 / Agreement to Terms
By accessing Harinda Art Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We operate under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
02 / Cultural Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and cultural performances are the intellectual property of Harinda Art Ltd and its master artisans. Purchase of a physical piece does not grant reproduction rights. Our Intore dance choreography and workshop materials are protected heritage assets.
03 / Shipping & Heritage Export
We ship worldwide from Kinigi. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. As we deal with cultural artifacts, some items may require specific heritage export permits which we facilitate on your behalf. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
04 / Payment & Currency
All transactions are processed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payments. Orders are confirmed only once the payment is verified by our financial partners.
05 / Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Musanze District, Northern Province.
